Managing Director
Jon, son of Aford Awards founder and ex-pro footballer Andy Ford, has been with the company for over twelve years. Jon manages all aspects of Aford Awards and has helped grow the business into one of the leading engravers in the UK.
Showroom & Engraving Manager
Thomas is the longest standing employee with Aford Awards. He was Andy's first member of staff over 30 years ago and has a wealth of experience within the engraving trade. Thomas is the showroom manager and a true expert in the field of engraving.
Workshop Manager
Steve has been with the company for over ten years and is a vital member of the team; his organisational skills and calmness under pressure are his greatest attributes. Through this, Steve has become workshop manager.  In his spare time he loves listening to Taylor Swift and watching Impractical Jokers!
Warehouse Manager
Adam is a vital member of the Aford Awards team. He works alongside Steve to help keep production flowing.
Sales Administrator
Eloise works in our sales office.  She has worked for the company for just over a year processing orders, invoices and dealing with customer queries over the phone.  In her spare time she likes to travel to exotic locations.
Sublimation Printing Specialist
Vicki controls the sublimation printing side of production.  She has been with Aford Awards for over 10 years and has built up a wealth of knowledge within the her time with the company.
Laser Engraving Expert
Jay runs our proofing of laser engraved items. You'll liaise with Jay if you order a laser engraved product, when he proofs your design before finalising.
Engraving Expert
Steve joined the Aford Awards team recently and has brought a huge amount of experience into our dedicated engraving department. He is able to laser, sand blast and rotary engrave and has been engraving for over 20 years.
Field Sales Executive
Mike is our field sales executive and looks after customers all around the UK. Mike has been in the trophy industry for over 30 years so has a wealth of experience. If you would like to see samples of any particular trophies and can’t get to our showroom please give us a call on 01622 738711 and we can arrange for Mike to come and visit you.
Sales & Marketing Manager
Rob heads up our business development, including looking at new business opportunities, increasing sales and also helping with the overall marketing of the business. He also manages our recent aquisition, C&M Trophies in Littlehampton.  Outside of Aford Awards, Rob has a passion for playing bass and playing bowls for Kent.
Sales Accounts Manager
Abi is our Sales Accounts Manager, responsible for new and existing customers' orders and queries. She brings vast knowledge to the role, having worked in the trophy/award business for almost 10 years.
General Manager
Lorraine is general manager of Aford Awards and helps oversee all processes within the company with a particular focus on HR, finance and health and safety. Lorraine brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles within larger corporations.
Accounts Administrator
Pauline is our accounts administrator. She assists Lorraine in our finance department and never says no to a cup of Coffee!
Website / Sales Administrator
Matt is a new member to our team. He keeps an eye on our website, updating information and adding new products. He will also help with orders and customer queries when needed.
