The customer has the right to return an order within 14 days of receipt. Aford Awards Ltd must be notified by e-mail of any damaged deliveries and missing within 48 hours of the delivery date, otherwise responsibility cannot be accepted for credit or replacement. Goods that have been engraved by Aford Awards Ltd, at the customer's request cannot be cancelled. All cancelled goods are returned at the customer's cost and we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
Please notify us by email when you will be returning the goods. All returned goods should be delivered to our main address, Aford Awards Ltd, Grange House, Bearsted Green Business Centre, Bearsted, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 4DZ.
Your account will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the goods, but if the products are returned and are not in a condition where they can be re sold we will not be able to refund.
All returns should be made to us by recorded delivery.
Any broken or damaged trophies must be reported as soon as possible. We assure you that all trophies leave us in perfect condition.
We cannot accept returns of any trophies that have been directly engraved upon in accordance with your instructions for any reason other than they arrived damaged.
We cannot accept liability for spelling mistakes or other errors if the engraving is in accordance with your instructions.
Any refunds can take up to 14 days to process.
We will take any reasonable steps to make your order perfect.
If you decide you no longer need your goods they can be returned up to 14 days from the delivery date. This is only permitted if the items have not been engraved and are in resalable condition. All returned items will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
