Andy Ford – Chairman
Andy was the founder of the business back in 1980, when his professional football career ended through injury. It was a challenge by Trevor Stevens the ex England player who caused the cruciate damage that saw Andy give up his football career. Andy still has lots of input within the business and remains very hands on, still doing deliveries and taking telephone orders.
Jon Ford – Managing Director
Jon, Andy's son has been with Aford Awards for over 5 years. Jon fronts the sales side of the business and has seen the business triple in size since he first started back in 2003.
Jenny Ford – Director
Jenny Ford has controlled the accounts side of the business for the last 30 years.
Thomas Coles - Operations Manager
Thomas is the longest standing employee with Aford Awards. He was Andy's first member of staff over 25 years ago and has a wealth of experience within the trophy trade.
Joe Avery – Workshop Team
Joe is Aford Awards most experienced trophy maker and has been with us over 4 years. He has a wealth of experience within the trophy trade and is an extremely efficient member of the team.
Steve Vanns - Workshop Team
Steve has been with Aford Awards for over 3 years and is a vital member of the team; his organisational skills and calmness under pressure are his greatest attributes.
Kirsty Mills – Workshop Team
Kirsty is the newest member of the workshop team and has made a real difference since starting in 2009.
Vicki Lane – Printing and Engraving specialist
Vicki Lane controls the printing and glass engraving side of production in our workshop. She has been with Aford Awards for over three years and has built up a wealth of knowledge within the her time with Aford Awards.
Barbara Ray - Administration
Barbara is a key member of staff for the administration side of business.
Guy Unger – Business Development Manager
Guy is the newest member of staff at Aford Awards and heads up business development. Already he has been heavily involved in the new website and several new successful exhibitions.
